The End... So What's Next???

Hey Backers,  

We just wanted to post an update to close out this campaign and send a big thank you for your support…. So THANK YOU! It has been a fun ride and we have enjoyed sharing it with you.

We love all the positive feedback we are getting on these bags, it has been fun to see your detailed reviews and feedback. We are constantly taking notes and applying changes where it makes sense to improve these products in the future. This is why we LOVE Kickstarter!

Everyone who filled out their survey should have received their products by now. If you haven't, the best way to get a hold of us is to email us. We have created a new email specifically for Kickstarter requests: [email protected] 

We are doing our best to handle all customer service requests as we receive them. But we are not perfect. Please have patience :) We are working on building up our customer experience team moving forward so that we make sure you are getting taken care of quickly and have good feelings toward NOMATIC. Now on to the fun part… Originally when we decided to make these backpacks we sent out a survey to our customers asking them if they preferred backpack carry or shoulder carry. Backpacks were just a little more popular so we launched those first. But it was almost 50/50. As soon as we started developing the backpacks we were also drawing up designs for a messenger or laptop bag as well. We have been working hard over the past year and are excited to give you a quick look at what we came up with:
